# Reviewing Email Campaign Results in ACI Platform

> View sent, bounced, opened, and opt-out results for your email campaigns in the Email Campaigns tab, and review per-email details in the Email Summary tab.

After a campaign runs, all results are consolidated in the **Email Campaigns** tab where you can review and analyze every outcome. The tab updates as events occur — bounces, opens, and opt-outs are reflected as they happen — giving you a current picture of campaign performance without leaving the platform.

## Campaign Result Types

The Email Campaigns tab surfaces the following result types for every campaign:

| Result | Description |
| - | - |
| **Sent** | Email was successfully sent to the consumer |
| **Bounced** | Email was returned as undeliverable |
| **Opened** | Consumer opened the email |
| **Opt-Out** | Consumer unsubscribed from future emails |
| **Return File Activity** | CSV return files generated and synced for the campaign |
| **Email Summary Details** | Per-email log entries viewable from the Email Summary tab |

## Viewing Results

To review the results for a specific campaign:

1. Navigate to the **Email Campaigns** tab in the ACI Platform.
2. Locate the campaign you want to review. Campaigns are listed with their creation date, Client Code, and Letter Type.
3. Select the campaign to open the detail view and review the result metrics — Sent, Bounced, Opened, and Opt-Out counts are displayed for the full campaign run.

## Return File Activity

After all emails are sent, the system creates a CSV return file containing the full list of emails sent. The file is:

* Saved automatically to the **ACI Return File** folder.
* Picked up by Good Sync on its scheduled run.
* Delivered to FTP via FileZilla for downstream processing.

> The **Email Summary** tab shows per-email log details — individual send records, email copies, and account-level statuses. The **Email Campaigns** tab shows aggregate metrics for the campaign as a whole. Use both views together for a complete picture of campaign performance.
